TMJ with Intermittent Locking on both sides. Fix/Cure?

Mild TMJ with Intermittent Locking on both sides. How can this be Fixed/Cured???

Hi, im 19 years old studying at university. I live in the United Kingdom.
My teeth naturally grew as a child causing the upper arch to be smaller in comparison to the lower arch to be wider. This then resulted in a skeletal cross bite.
I also fell over and banged my face on the ground injurying my two front teeth when i was four but had no problems of TMj after the accident only at 16 my TMJ conditions started.

Suddenly at the age of 16 i heard my jaw crack from that day onwards i have been experiencing a clicking jaw in my left TMJ with intermittent locking when i open my mouth and a popping jaw in my right with intermittent locking.

I had an MRI can which revealed that my right TMJ was only partially displaced anteriorly whith it's prosterior edge contacting the mandibular condyle at a 10 o clock position. Then then left TMJ appeared to be ateriorly displaced but they did not say how much by. There was no degenerative signs shown and the muscles of massatir appear symmetrical.
But evidence of internal derangement.

I would be greatfully thankful if you could help me and tell me the treatment methods possible, for disc recapture conservatively. I don't want to go through arthroscopy surgery if will make my symptoms worse as i am only young my maximum mouth opening is 50mm but i want to get rid of the jaw locking and tight muscles could you help me with advice.
The oral surgeon said i have milf TMJ what should i do to recapture my Jaw Joints???
