Q: TMJ or sinuses pain?

My tmj is really bad lately. Really bad. Ear pain, neck, you know the drill. Anyway, I am also getting pressure type pain on the very top of my head. Is this TMJ or sinuses? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks so much

If you can take a sinus pill and see if the pain goes away...if not it may be TMJ related. Just my suggestion. Anyone else?
