TMJ - odd symptoms

Hi..have had tmj off and on my whole life (right side popping and clicking). About 6 years ago it got really bad but after a root canal on the right side where I had the chronic headache and blurry vision. That thankfully went away after a few months. NO it''s back again and with a vengence. It''s to the point now where it''s been debilitating. Pain started after root canal to right side and 3 lower back teeth worked on about a year and a half ago. I had persistant pain in those teeth for months. I think the teeth were left too high. Then I got pregnant and had a baby. Initially it seemed the tooth pain subsided but I think that what happened was that my jaw started to adjust for the bad bit. Then it got bad again...I believe because of the loosening of the ligaments during the third trimester. About a month after the baby was born all sorts of problems started, including lower back pain..sciatica. Basically my lower body was locked/twisted. Same time started getting pain/numbness down left arm and then I got the thumping in my ears and then the blurry vision started. Things got worse after being put on 10 mg prozac for anxiety. This was for 2 months (now off) and after having wisdom teeth removed. Currently seeing a pt who says I have myofacial pain syndrome. Been to Allergist, ENT (sinus are clear), and Dentist. What next? Here are my symtoms:

-internal thumping in ears (like my heartbeat)..also a different kind of thump/flutter that is localized to one ear and alternates
-chronic dull headache that will get worse depending on position or what I do
-limited opening/tightness...right jaw hyperextended, left jaw way too tight
-pain in both side. Right side disc slips.
- constant pressure behind my eyes/blurry vision
-occasion dizziness
- heavy head sensation/occasion brain fog/poor memory
-stiff neck/want to keep cracking it
- extremely tight traps
-upper back pain
-sore throat
-sinus pressure

I do a lot of computer work and wonder if this isn''t how this started. I just can''t seem to figure out what to do for myself. I am at my wits end. I just got a slint. It''s a hard lower piece with a hard upper piece with a big piece of acrylic in the middle to stop me from touching my back teeth. The problem is that when the lower piece is in the plastic on the left back teeth are still touching. This made things worse. So it''s day 4 and the last two days I only used the upper part. Is this okay? I called the dentist and left a message. Anyhow, I still woke up with major stiffness in the jaw and neck pain. This thing was super expensive...but is it not the right splint for me? Or does it need to be readjusted...is it bad to not use the bottom...And if not, what next?

Please help. I have 3 kids, the baby is only 8 months old. The added stress of the chronic pain/headache can''t be helping the situation. My family doesn''t understand. I am dealing with anxiety and mild depression and am becoming obsessed in trying to "fix" myself. Sure you all can relate!

Thanks in advance!

listen i feel for you please ignore all the doctors and specialists you are 100% healthy you only have to do a few changes and i will explain to you what and why.

You need to immediately change your diet ! you need to start eating foods that are extremely rich in magnesium and all your symptomes will disappear.

you need to get an intake of at least 300 to 500 mg of magnesium through foods.

such are dark leafy greens< beans beans and more beans best refried beans guacamole or just avocado eat a whole bunch of almonds and cashew nuts or even peanuts if ur not allergic> leave all dairy out !!! eat beef and chicken and eat beef or chicken stock ...like chicken noodle soup made with chicken stock> dont talk too much rest your jaw as much as possible apply cold and hot compressed> ask someone to do trigger point massages on your back and shoulders> avoid teeth grinding but leave the night guard away. the only painkiller you should take it its too unbearable are advils...(250 mg two pills every 6 hours)
dont take any birth controll!!! eat dark leafy greens bananas and almonds beans, guacamole and beef and chicken every day !!!! dont eat anything thats wholeweat and leave the dairy out as much as possible. if you cant cut your food with the side of your fork dont eat it...you have to avoid opening ur jaw too wide. think positive know that you are going to overcome this. even with low appetite, which i know you must suffer from because of all the pain, force yourself to eat the foods i have listen. furhermore try to relax to meditation music on youtube. relaxation helps alot! it will get better... leave the doctors alone, they will tell you are chronically sick, prescribe you on heavy medication which will lead you to become addicted to pain medication and other pills...you can heal yourself, you are not sick at all you have an inbalance in your body!!!
