tmj and shaky vision

Does anyone experience shaky vision with their tmj? I notice that mine happens mainly right after I wake up and also my eyes feel like they have sand in them all of the time and are really strange looking red. If anyone has any feedback it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure that this symptom is related particularly to TMJ. Have you been to an ophthalmologist for an eye exam? If not, I'd suggest that you schedule an appointment rather than wait.

I have TMJ and I also get shaky vision. No clue if its from having TMJ I dont think it is for me but to me the way I would describe mine is almost like my eyes are viberating. I first notaced it when I was looking at the clock. I also have neurological things going on which I think is the real cause of my shaky vision.

you never know what symptoms can be caused from swelling on your facial nerves and general pain.

my vision can get shakey, or start to go black, just from tmj pain. Sitll get it checked by a doctor/specialist.

One thing I get with tmj is my ears will get muffled some times. Hasnt been bothering me much for the last few months but i always have a stiff jaw still. For me it normaly wont hurt till I open wide and it will make a pop sound and then it will be sore for at least a week.
