I just saw an orthodontist, and was told that my TMJ was out grow and I need to have a surgery to fix it. I also knowledge the face on my left is a bigger than my right face. Has any one know, Is that cause by the TMJ? or because my cheek born? I do not have any face pain at all, the reason I went to an orthodontist is to straight my teeth, and now I have to worry about the surgery.
