I know other people have considerably more serious problems; I will appreciate it if you could give me from advice. :D
I sleep and wake up at approximately the same time every day, except on Tuesdays where I have to wake up about an hour and 15 minutes earlier than usual. On Tuesdays, I tend to feel very tired throughout the day and this is the only day where I have coffee in the morning. Occasionally I have trouble sleeping on Tuesday night.
Are there any suggestions in aiding my tiredness and sleeping problems on Tuesdays?
