Hello and welcome to e health forum. ‎

The cause of your symptoms could be due to infections due to viral or bacterial origin. ‎

You will need a consultation with your doctor for a complete physical examination, along with a few tests, which will help in understanding the cause of your symptoms.

Treatment with antibiotics to treat the infection, and other supportive medications will help in symptomatic relief.

In the mean time, medications like Crocin (acetaminophen) might help in relieving your body pain and headache.
