Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The underlying cause for the anovulatory cycles should be looked for to be able to help you get started on treatment to regulate periods. Anovulatory cycles are also associated with infertility. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation, or consider taking second opinion from another gynecologist. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you get your periods and regulate them. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.

The headaches you get do a lot of them happen in the morning when your getting out of bed. Do you ever get cold hands and feet, hot flashes, bloated after meals, dizzy and light headed when bending?
