Putting some gentle strain on the muscles and bones (by working out) can help stimulate the growth of osteocytes, which are the cells of bone growth. You're in the process of growth until the end of puberty which should end in a few years...so you've got time to grow. Just commit to staying healthy and you should end up OK.

Are you taking a multivitamin?

So you would say its best to stop working out?Well my doctor told that my last bits of inches to grow will be in 1 or 2 years.I'm not sure if that's right.
Umm about the vitamins? Nope I don't take any.Should I start taking though to enhance my growth?

I'd suggest a good multivitamin to help otmize your total helaht, including height potential. I recommend that you find a vitamin from a reputable company...forget Walmart or CVS vitamins...there's no telling how long these vitamins have been on the shelf. Instead, go to a natural foods store or online and order from a company that will tell you when the vitamin has been produced. A Men's Daily will be good.

Also, the work outs are OK. Ask you doc to be sure, but I think that it's a good way to enhance your full height potential. Also, traction (hanging upside down) can help you relax your muscles, give space between the joints of your spine and is great for circulation.

Do you go to the gym that has a sit up slanted bar?

If so, just hand there for 3-5 minutes. Smile

Tips For Growing Taller
Hi Rene

firstly, don't believe any advertisement you see or hear that claims to sell certain exercises that lengthen and stretch your bones. Bones simply don't work that way. Once they've stopped growing, nothing will make them grow again. Any organization that claims this is trying to cheat you out of your money. Additionally, avoid scams that boast hormone supplements or vitamin supplements that claim to make you taller. These simply don't work so save your money.

This doesn't mean that exercise is completely irrelevant when it comes to getting taller naturally. Performing regular exercise routines with lots of stretching is extremely useful in enhancing our growth spurts and making us grow faster. Once we're finished growing, continuing to exercise can be effective in making you seem taller you are more slender, for one, and your muscles will give you an additional confidence boost.

Supplementing regular workouts with height enhancing clothing is a wonderful way to get taller naturally. Wearing dark, solid colors or pinstripes makes your legs and arms seem taller, while adding big shoes such as boots or clogs helps your feet look bigger, subsequently making you taller. Your posture is also important not only will it make you look taller, but it is better for your back, neck, and feet as well.
