I am 18, I have no children, I was on the progestin oral contraception for 2 month (mini pill). I am now in a stable relationship so it has been a month since i have took it, we are trying to conceive obviously. We have sex everyday up to 3 times. How fertile could i be since the progestin? What are some good tips to conceive, positions vitamins, diet? I know about tracking temps., charting ovualtion, ovulation test ect. I actually tried an ovulation predictor with the lh surge and i did it correctly but it didnt have one single day with an lh surge? I get paps and have reggular periods?

It can take a little while for your periods to return to normal again once you come off the pill.

Positions, Some suggest doggy style or man on top positions and once you have had sex, you put your hips on a pillow for 15 minutes so sperm aren't fighting gravity.

Vitamins it's adviseable to start taking Folic Acid when you want to conceive for at least 3 months prior to conceiving and for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Diet, you need a health balanced diet high in zinc (as it helps produce good quality eggs and sperm).

If you're a overweight it can make it harder to conceive also. You can do gentle exercise while pregnant but not anything like sit ups. Hope this helps.

If you want to drink Coffee, Tea or Coca Cola, switch to the decaff versions.

I can't drink caffine as I get really bad headaches so I have decaff and it's hard to notice the difference.
