Q: Tips for losing weight

Hi,

I just wated to share my expirience about losign weight.

I was on a diet which excluded sugars of all kinds and milk products and most of the meat and I lost 7 kg imn 40 days.

So this is pretty good I think

I agree with excluding all sugars. That has worked wonders for me when it comes to weight loss. However, dairy is important, especially for women in the prevention of osteoperosis. You should have fat-free dairy products. Fat free milk and fat free yogurt have actually been shown in studies to aid in weight loss.

My techniques were -- not overeating, doing yoga, and swimming.
