Q: Tip of penis itchy

For the last couple of months my penis has been quite itchy and whenever I itch it (and sometimes even when i don't) it gets red at the very tip and starts to smell very bad. On top of this it often discharges small amounts of white fluid which i assume is sperm but i can't be sure. I'm 16 and I've never had sex so it's not an std, but its been really annoying and it can sometimes be painful too, when its erect. Any advice?

Thanks in advance

a very itchy, red, and sore glans (head of your penis),
small red spots on the head of your penis (glans),
discharge from your penis
pain when passing urine,
difficultly pulling back your foreskin, and
a 'cheese-like' substance called smegma that smells a bit yeasty and sometimes collects under your foreskin.

If these are the symptoms you are both experiencing then my advice would be to visit your gp for a cream as you most likely have a yeast infection (thrush).

You should avoid having sex as it can be passed on to your partner or can be made worse.

This is not specifically an STD it can be passed on during sex but it is often caused by improper drying of the penis.
