Q: tiny white bumps

i have some tiny white bumps in the vagina area. i have looked at many pictures of different std's but nothing looks quite like what i have. they don't itch, don't hurt, don't leak anything. i don't have a yeast infection, at least i don't think so. i don't have any discharge. my doctor looked at it and said it was a fungus and gave me some cream to put on it. but its not going away. do you have any suggestions?
