ive recently started gettin these tiny pin prick sized spots on my breasts theyre pretty spread out but they make my breasts quite itchy not sure what it could be i ignored it to begin with cause they just itched alot and thought perhaps it was the soap or somthing i was using... but then the tiny spots appeared anyone else hav this problem or know what it could be, maybe im allergic to something im also itchy on my lower back... not sure how that would be linked though
