Q: Tiny red dot on face

Hello. I have a very mysterious little red dot right in between my upper lip and nose. I first noticed it about 3 years ago. It has not itched, burned, filled with puss or done anything bothersome for that matter. I have tried popping it on many occasions, but like I said- there is no puss. It's just a very small, very red little dot. It has never gone away since I noticed it on that day 3 or 4 years ago. But here lately, it seemed as if it might be filled with something, so I squeezed and nothing came out. So now it is more elevated than usual, and it is painful at the touch, and somewhat scabbed over. Please help me.

Thanks!
