my husband always had a small penis it was 4.5inches erect but in the last year he has lost 1inch and now is 3.5 inches erect. he is in great shape and gets hard when erect but has lost length.he is 47 years old what can we do.

Weight gain and the cold are the only two things I know of that cause a penis to seem smaller. Are his erections softer or is he the same firmness? If his erections are softer, he may have creeping impotence/ the early signs of impotence. In any case, he should consult a doctor or a urologist to figure out what is going on.
