tiny bumps under the skin of my Labia minora

I have these tiny bumps under the skin of my vaginal labia minora, they are not painful of have no color. i can just feel them when i rub the labia minora between my fingers. there are underneath both sides and are about 25 on each side, they are hard underneath the skin. Do you know what this is and how do i get rid of them?
