Tingling with Mononucleosis? And chest tightness?

I've tested positive on a heterophile test and have been experiencing intermittent tingling/numbness/weakness in my left arm, primarily in my hand and fingers. It feels as if it my arm is falling asleep. I also frequently get some left leg weakness and shakiness. I've also been having some chest tightness that feels like I can't get a full breathe and my throat narrowing. Has anyone else had such symptoms with mono?
