For the past week or two I started getting this tingling in my ears just on the inside and now ive found a lump on my right side of my throat. Its worse when I go to bed as I feel dizzy and a bit panicky but do suffer slightly from anxiety.
It kinda feels like when you blow a ballon up and you get that weired feeling in your ears.
Has anyone got any info or advice??
