This is something that doesn't often happen, however i would roughly at least 8 times a month i get a tingling sensation in both hands for about 2-3mins.
It gets worse until it is eventually almost feeling like wet? Its really cold at the same time and its just really weird.
The weirdest thing is after my hands are really warm for about 5 mins
