tingling sensations along with a burning sensation in feet

I have had tingling sensations that occur in my hands and feet periodically along with a burning sensation in my feet. I also have had periodic nystagmus and blurred vision in both eyes. I have seen my PCP and she sent me to a neurologist where I did the nerve conduction test along with an MRI. All test came back fine but I continue to have these symptoms. The MRI was suppose to rule out MS. Can anyone help me please.
