I have had tingling in my right hand, including all fingers except pinky and my palm. I have had it for about 9 days, it occurs about every 30 min on and off and lasts about 1-5 minutes at a time and them slowly goes away. I can feel a tightness (trigger pints ) in my upper back and shoulder and was wondering if it was a pinched nerve. I have been to the chiro and he adjusted me and did some kind of massage thing to the nerve in my arm. I do not feel any different.does anyone have any advice?

hi
it could be trigger point problem referring pain to hand, in which case deep muscle massage therapy would help. or it could be carpel tunnel syndrome especially if it happens at night. or it could be a pinched nerve in neck. i would see neurologist if it gets worse....pete
