When I sleep I have the habit of laying down in the running man position lately when I lay down on my right side sometimes I get a tingling sensation on my arm and hand but when my hand starts to get the tingling sensation it is only from my middle finger to my pinky when this happens and I wake up I move my arm from that position and it goes away it only happens when im laying down. Is this something that I should worry about?
