Back Pain Forum - tingling in middle back

Hello,

from past week i have a feeling of something moving in the middle of my back.Due to that I am keeping my back straight all the time.

I also feel that this "tingling" or "something moving" feeling would turn into pain.

Please suggest.

Crack...

maybe try giving your back a crack. it could be that things are out of line. There are multiple ways to crack your back, just search on the internet.
