Sounds like a sciatic nerve issue. I would start by going to a chiropractor and go 3x's a week for a couple of weeks and see if you feel better. If you don't you could have Degenerative Disc Disease or a ruptured disc. I went through the whole back issue for 5 years and now I feel like a normal person without pain issues now that I take Neurontin (gabapentin)for nerve pain. If you have any questions, feel free to hit me up anytime. I know what its like to go through that....Its frustrating...If you do go to the Chiropractor, as them to see if you have one leg shorter than the other...Its very common and can be addressed by use of a heel lift.

It is most likely your sciatic nerves which are being either pinched or are dislocated. These nerves would have to be reset soonest and it will get worse. I know as I have been a Healer for 14+ years. If you can find a specialist in this field, resetting dislocated and pinched nerves, go. Remember that there are very few specialist in this field in the world who can perform this. Good luck.
