Tingling started in bottoms of feet, spread to legs arms and hands. I have muscle twitches all over and occasionally my fingers jerk. Weakness in arms, hands and legs. My left leg feels heavy. Upon waking from a nap, my arms shake. My neck feels tight in front and my throat feels like it's twitching. When sleeping at night will be awakened with a strange feeling in my arms. It feels like the blood isn't circulating right and I need to shake it. It sometimes feels like my knees are tight. I was checked for b12 defiency, normal. Had CT scan, normal. Not a thyroid problem. Does this sound like MS or ALS? Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you being seen by a neurologist?

keep a diary of everything seems to be the thing that people tell me - Zigemyster included.

date, time - is there a pattern?

length of unusual feeling,

what you did prior to it that may have triggered,

even note your body temp, someone said MS flares up when the body is over heated

anything new happening

good luck
