Hi. Lately I've been having these weird things happen. For one I sometimes hear a wind tunnel sound in my left ear and it sometimes heightens volume. Also mostly on the left side of my head I feel this painful, sometimes pleasurable tingly feeling. (the painful feeling is also tingly). Also when I blink I can sometimes see a black line rise after my eyes are open and the line starts on the top half of my vision. When this happens I tend to be struck with anxiety and paranoia feeling the sensation of fear from death/doom. It's very strange. What IS this? Anxiety? Stress? Tumor? Please help! Sad

Anyone? Also I have began to notice, when I sniff sometimes I can feel the cold air where those feelings start in the back of my head. Lately I have been very dizzy and disoriented when I stand up, and am very forgetful. For example I was trying to remember a game I played once and it really bugged me when I couldn't remember. So I searched it up and it's like the game was made up in my head and it never existed Confused

Hi
Welcome to our community!

Reading you post, and giving it deep thought and some experience in the area. I would tend to think that there could be a possiblity that you are suffering from anxiety due to the sytoms that you are having. Also known as "Triggers" One big thing about anxiety is that it needs a "Trigger" most times. Normally it is common when you have a symptom come along that is not a usual thing for you and has not been diagnosed or treated.
In saying this, from my point of view, this could be one of a few causes.

1. Vision problem
2. Neurological prolem
3. Inner ear problelm

I would suggest to talk to your GP about this first before you get all out of sort and worry about something that could even be nothing to worry about. That is what anixiety is all about. Your doctor may or may not decide to put you on a trail dose of anti-anxiety medication and so how you far out. But please, try not to worry over something that has not been even diagnosed yet. Have you told your parents about these symptoms yet. If not I would, so you can get the proper care for it.

Hugs,
Carrie

Head Tingling
My head started tingling several days ago and
my finger started to twitch.
I noticed several changes in my behavior that
I feel have caused this problem.

1. Coffee in the morning
2. Double Expresso at lunch
3. Not drinking 1/2 my body weight in water
ounces. (240lbs = 120 ouces of water)

I started taking 4 teaspoons of lecithin (any
health food store will have it)and eliminated
the caffeine. (Lecithin feeds your nerves
according to my grandmother)
Drinking the necessary water and eliminated
caffiene (but im getting the withdrawl headache ;-{)

The tingling on the side of my head and the twitching finger are going away!!!!!
