i got tingling and numbness with stiffness in both hands, legs and trunk for 4 days now... condition is progressing with weakness in muscles

Since the condition is progressing at a fairly rapid rate, you should see your physician. Without more information it is not possible to know what is going on. But, numbness, tingling, and weakness are signs of a neurological or neuromuscular disorder. And again, the rapid rate of progression is concerning.

Contact your physician.
