I have had tingling and burning at the top of my skull for a week now, associated with headaches and pressure in my sinuses and behind my right ear.

I have been a migraine sufferer for most of my life, but the tingling and burning is something new. It is also accompanied by cold spots on my skull, almost feeling like cold metal sitting on my scalp.

Any idea if this is something I should be worried about or just another side affect of the headaches I am experiencing?
