anyone know what causes tingling and burning sensation in upper back and shoulder blades ?and then the back starts aching. i have hiatus hernia could that be anything to do with it.

Hi. It seem due to neck soft tissue injuries or pinched nerve. So go to see doc for neck check! good luck!
