Q: tingling and aching

anyone know what causes tingling and burning sensation in upper back and shoulder blades ?and then the back starts aching. i have hiatus hernia could that be anything to do with it.

Hi.
It seem due to neck soft tissue injuries or pinched nerve.

So go to see doc for neck check!

I had the same problem about six years ago and did in fact see a doctor and not sure if i am spelling it right but he called it bersitis, caused from bad posture. try to always sit up straight with shoulders pulled back and see if that helps.
