Tightness in left breast

My friend is going through somethings..im worried bout her she keep having tightness like on her left breast....she going through alot with her family and her school life i dont know what to tell her. im so worried bout her she keep tellin me that she get flutters when she lays down and im scared for her i hope someone tells me what is wrong with her so i can give her some advice....and yes she does have panic attacks but she says things are a little different.
