Q: Tight vagina and uneven labia

I'm 22, lost my virginity at 18 and don't have kids. If I don't have sex for at most a month, my vagina goes back too tight like I'm a virgin again. Is this normal? Another problem I have is that my one libia is bigger than the other and this is very noticeable. Can I get this surgically cut?

Extremely eHealthy

Most women have uneven labia just like we have uneven breasts and men have uneven testicles.

The operation is called labiaplasty. This is just my personal opinion but if it does not cause any medical problems, I would not want a knife close to my vulva!
