A couple of days ago I experienced some tightness in my left under armpit. Also the only way I can describe this next symptom is it feels like a tightly stretched tendon. I can't feel this "violin string" in my other armpit, nor is it sore. I can't think of when I possibly pulled it but that is a possibility. Those are the only two symptoms I've experienced...

I have the same, only it started with a lump around 1cm diameter which disappeared after 2 weeks, now i am left with this violin string. Is it cancer???
