Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If allergic sinusitis and sinus headache is suspected, allergen patch testing would help in identifying the cause and you can start with further treatment. If the present medications prescribed are not helping, you should consider going ahead with repeat evaluation and possible change in medication dose or even alternate medication. Some medications take about 10-15 days of regular use before they reach a therapeutic level in your body to start giving you sustained effects/relief. Consider following the instructions of your doctor strictly and give chance for medications to take effect. Be regular with your medication intake.
Take care.
