in recent months my foreskin has become extremely tight to the extent that i can see tears in the skin and bleeding from the outside of the skin and it takes quite an effort to replace the foreskin over the head after washing. I now find that I need to wash quite frequently since inevitably when I peel back the foreskin there is a lot of fluidy, cheesy substance lying under the foreskin. I have recently moved to a hot climate and for the fist few weeks I thought that this was just dry skin from the head of my penis but now I realise that there must be some secretion that is being held under the foreskin which looks a bit like cottage cheese.

Anyone any ideas what''s going on? I'm in my mid 50s
