hi i dont know if this is posted in the right place because im not sure what it is
im a 17 year old girl and recently iv been experiencing chest pains,
the pain moves around abit
often its in the centre of my chest it kind of feels achy, its not rly painful just annoying
other times its sort of just below my right collarbone and feels more like a chest pain you would get with a cough,
occassionally iv had heart palpatations
and shortness of breath which feels like i cant quite fill my lungs properly
one thing starts and i panic and it makes the whole thing a great deal worst
iv got quite a stressful lifestyle, if its anxiety is there nothing i can do?
its usually ok when i first wake up, and it doesnt wake me in the night
often its at college
im usually ok doing physical activity
im not sure how much is genuine and how much i imagine im feeling simply because iv read the symptoms of something on the internet

im absolutely terrified to go to the doctors in case its serious or i have to have a blood test (absolutely awful phobia of needles and veins)

if anyione could shed any light on this i would be extrememly greatful

I recently had terrible worry and stress. I went to the emergency room wirh chest pains but it was an anxiety attack. Its taken a combination of stopping all alcohol and all drugs, resting and relaxing more, counseling for how to treat others who were using me, and accupuncture. Your system might be totally stressed out and its retaliating by chest pain. There is not simple cure. Look at acupuncture websitse and read about stress/anxiety. Hpoe this helps. I had to learn it all aloe over a year. No doctor ever gave a full explanation.
