Given the data you reported, you could not be pregnant due to the tied tubes. The very frequent vaginal bleeding you experience, might be pathological instead of a regular period. You might want to visit your gynecologist in order to check hormonal status, to have a pelvic exam, and/or transvaginal ultrasound. The results might reveal the reason for the frequent vaginal bleeding.
