3 year (1st nov, 2009) before my hubby had trauma leg fracture + now rod is broken + bone is not yet join completely + leg is swelling and paining. need suggestion urgently.

BhartiGawali,

Obviously, your husband has a nonunion of the tibia. And now has had an IM nail failure due to the repetitive stress on the hardware from the nonunion.

The usual treatment for this is surgery, with bone grafting of the nonunion and replacement of the IM nail.
