For the past 3 months, my glands have felt swollen on-and-off, and produce a clicking sound when I talk. If you listen closely, you can actually hear it, although it's faint. I've also been extremely fatigued. Does anyone have a clue what this could be before I make my dr. appointment? Would surely be helpful ... thanks!
