do you think this could be my thyroid acting up during pregnancy: i cant really hold food down much. all liquids i drink comes back up, i am very weak and i find myself feeling short of breath sometimes. sometimes i think i might just be over reacting but my heart seems to beat a lot harder i mean very hard. one night i awoke to be very confused and when i vomit up liquids it seems to be very thick. Ive been getting very dizzy lately and i thought it was due to the increase in my pregnancy. I dont have much appetite and sometimes your body tell you when its out of wracked and i think my body is saying listen to me.
