Hi,

Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. You likely seem to be suffering from candidiasis. This could be due to phimosis and improper cleaning/hygiene of the prepuce. I'll suggest using the miconazole ointment locally. You need to maintain a good hygiene of the prepuce.

You should consult a urologist as you might need a surgery of the phimosis. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
