Q: Throwing up on the pill

Need some help please!

I am currently on alesse, and the other day I got sick and threw up.
I take my pill every morning at 9am. and I threw up in the later afternoon probably around 3.
I heard that as long as you have taken the pill 2 -3 hours before vomitting/diarrhea then you are protected.
My boyfriend and I have had sex......and now I am paranoid!

Should I be worried that my body did not absorb the pill?

i think you're ok..i had the same question a while ago...if you took it then your body needs about 3-4hrs to absorb it i think..so you're good! PLUS remember that even if you even forget to take one pill you're still protected! so dont worry you should be ok!
