Just joined because feel a bit, or a lot, lost!
Got some months ago the knock of my live when I was diagnosed HIV+, which was not caused by unprotected sex but by blood-contact through the mouth as I have already many years bleeding gums.
On top of that discovered a hospital about four months later that the count of my red blood-plateless was only 7.
One of my problems is the culture-differance as I'm living in Thailand.
Two specialists decided to give first about one month HIV-medicines because medicins against Thrombocytopenia cannot be combined with the HIV-medicines.
I don't know if the Thrombocytopenia has been caused by the HIV-infection or if it's just a very bad conincidence. A bone-marrow punction was positive, so the bone-marrow isn't the cause.
The medicines, combined with my very frequent thinking are causing very bad daily circumstances as proper sleeping is now an utopi as well of course.
Can somebody give me a hint how to keep-up?
Thanks on forehand!

In spite of no response up-to now unfortunately I like to update my case. Yesterday I went to the hospital because of running-out of the medicines and a blood-test showed an increase in red blood-plates of 13% since I started with the non-related medicines about a fort-night ago.
I also got the confirmation, as in a Dutch forum is wasn't clear to me, that a HIV-infection can be transmitted by mouth-to-mouth contact or oral contact without any (unprotected) sex or a man's-orgasm.
