For approx 1 year now i have felt dizzy, tired and very lethargic. I've had a numbness sensation on the right side of my face and head ocming and going throught each day. Over the past month i've started to twitch all over every couple of minutes and have what i can only decribe as something moving in my temple happening every couple of minutes. i haven't had a decent nights sleep in about 15 years due to being a very light sleeper ( i would wake at the drop of a feather Razz )
Here's the funny thing. i've had every test under the sun done ( blood test, MRI, urine test, hearing test, eye test) and nothing is showing up. My doctor has told me it is stress but i don't feel stresses or worried about anything. It's getting to the stage now where it is affecting my work and social life. anyone any advice????

Yes! i believe you are mineral deficient, I have had these experiences & some. Have you had long periods of stress previously? are there any other symptoms you experience that may not necessarily be related?

All the things you have mentioned about diet & exercise are all affecting these issues you are suffering. So an important places to start is to research acid alkaline diets, hydration & vital functions of salt in the body, & start a gentle enjoyable exercise routine( i have a treadmill & use it when listening to favourite music or watching tv, dont need to be expensive mine is not electric). as far as the minerals you need to learn about how they co-exist first, an educational site is ithyroid.com this will give you an idea of how you need to be carefull with nutritional supplimentation& what symptoms can be involved with certain deficiencies. If i can be of further help, your replies are welcome!

i was just thinking(isn't that amazing in it's self)that it would probably be Ok to take a one a day multivitamin concidering your diet is slightly lacking.
The vitamins that will help your twitches are the B group, calcium & magnesium, these can all be had by having a B complex as i doubt that a one a day will give you enough of them. don't forget to look up the other things i suggested as they are important, especially hydration & natural salt!

RE tempral lobe
I have the same problem, Its been 3 months and I am thinking of going to see a doctor. Do you get muscle strain in your jaw and the back of your neck? (right side)

I would appreciate anything you have to offer as I think my (genetic prone)blood pressure is getting very high and I am getting very irritated by people who normally dont irriate me.

Thanks
James.
