Q: Throat sensitivity and tightness?

Usually in the mornings, when I eat breakfast, my stomach is hungry, but it feels like my throat won't allow me to eat. When I have food in my mouth and am swallowing it, I feel like I am going to gag or throw up. It's very difficult. My whole body just doesn't feel right. If I force myself to eat, it's ok for the first few bites then gets worse. Does anyone know what this is? It's very annoying and makes it almost impossible to eat at times. It's usually in the morning but has happened other times too. Thanks Smile

maybe you have morning sickness..

Morning Sickness:
More than half of all pregnant women experience morning sickness. Morning sickness is the nauseated feeling you get during pregnancy. Morning sickness can be, but is not always, accompanied with vomiting. The nausea is often a result of the increased hormones in your body. Many health care providers think morning sickness is a good sign because it means the placenta is developing well.

are you pregnant?...

Do you feel like your are going to gag because you are choking on the food (because you can't swallow right) or because you are nauseated? If you are having trouble swallowing, you should see your doctor. You may have an obstruction, swelling, or may be having spasms in your esophagus or something.

If you are pregnant, you should see your doctor anyway. Smile
