Throat irritation and swollen lymph node

Hi all,

I'm so worried. First off, i'm a 28 year old female. I smoke and drink but am otherwise healthy. About a week ago i noticed some irritation in my throat, i looked and my left tonsil was extremely swollen, my right tonsil was also a little swollen. Both were painless. I also had some tonsil stones come out of the left one. Since then i've been experiencing headaches, light headedness, anxiety and depression, neck and shoulder pain also my upper right quadrant of my abdomen hurts when i bend forward. Also one lymph node is swollen on my neck, its about 1 cm and it feels hard. I'm so worried i have lymphoma or something, but symptoms seem like Mono too, apart from i have no pain in my throat and dont seem to be running a temp. Anyone else experienced these kind of symptoms with mono? i'm seeing my doctor tomorrow.
