I had the cold a couple of weeks ago but now it's as if I've got all the mucus back but without the cold.

My throat feels like it's closing over and I'm constantly clicking it to give the sensation of it opening. This has happened a few times before and eventually goes away.

I've always had nasal/sinus problems since I was a kid (only being able to breathe out of one nostril at a time, it looks like my nose has been broken as it's not straight but this is caused by inflamed sinuses - they said they could do some procedure to burn the tissue away but didn't recommend it as this was years ago and my nose would still grow till I was 19 or something like that, I didn't go back when I was older - lately I've felt like my nostril is closing over which makes me scrunch my nose like a rabbit - this seems to come for a few weeks and then go away but always comes back.) but any time I went to the doctors I just got given steroid sprays. I've noticed, although I'm fairly fit, that when I start exercising it's as if my lungs are tight for the first 10 minutes before they open up.

I don't know if I've got a condition, or if I keep getting infections or if it's something more sinister???

** I should add that when I was younger I woke up with the most painful headache imaginable (couldn't move!) and the doctor said he thought it might be the after effects of Glandular Fever? I also seem to have a very low immunity to the cold and get it several times a year...
