Been an asthmatic since my younger years. 25 Now and very recently I realized how flushing my sinuses with warm saline help me breath better. When I breath through my nose I always have something obstructing my breath, like there is mucus stuck in my throat or like snoring when breathnig. It may be constant imflamation. For a long time I have been on Oral steriods Budesonide.. And the doctor did state recently that it could lead to a throat infections. I find gargling with warm saline also help in clearning my congestion. I tend to burp when my chest is taking in more oxygen. Guess its a sign of air pocket being open..What are your thoughts on sinus flush, throat congestion, burping. I have stong faith that undertanding nasal / throat biology and remedies could be more efficient than medication.
