Throat clearing

3 days ago our bathroom flooded and i had to wet vacuum our rugs, the rugs were damp a day later but now dry. there is an odor in the air i cannot place. Yesterday and today i woke up wanting to clear my troat. today i cleared it enough to make it bleed. I am worried it might by a mold infection or complications to my tooth infection. I am currently taking antibiotics for my tooth infection which is going down quickly but my, troat feels "coated" with something when i wake up. am i just being paranoid, getting better, or worse?
