threatened miscarriage or a complete one?

i was over week late and was having pelvis and tummie cramps.. was on my way to do a test, ended up having a car crash. after crash had tummie n back pain then next day had bad whiplash too. went doctors to do test and reported whiplash and doctor had no pregnancy test shortly after started bleeding very heavly with tummie cramps was few blood clots and bleeding has stopped but got brown discarge. stil having bad tummie cramps. wanted to no if it sounds like a miscarriage and if so what should i do.
